If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. On a trip headed to Buffalo, NY, our car broke down 10 miles away and we just picked this hotel out of the blue, not knowing anything about the area. From the first phone call with James, to checking in with Chris, to Anna Anderson THE BEST HOTEL MANAGER IN THE WORLD, we were treated with compassion and kindness. When the person who was supposed to fix our car didn't show 3 hours after he promised, Anna, sensing our stress, stepped in. She helped us arrange a rental car 30 minutes away and even drove us there, called mechanics she knew, and set us up for a repair and a room upon our return to pick it up. We felt like she was family looking out for us. By the way, the hotel was clean,quiet, safe, rooms well appointed, had superb maintenance staff (at 6:30 a.m. my hair dryer malfunctioned and I had a new one in hand 5 minutes later), superb desk staff, a delicious breakfast with anything you could want (fresh fruit, brewed coffee, hot cinnamon buns, and a pancake maker were not seen at other hotels in which we stayed), a great work out room, and have I mentioned Anna Anderson the hotel manager?! BEST EVER She saved our trip from being a disaster. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Was a very nice stay. Employees are very sweet. If you want a nice view ask for the third view it’s beautiful. Breakfast was very good and the room was very clean. The pool was nice and so was the gym (perfect temperature) I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

Can be noisy if there’s children unsupervised! A tad outdated! However, everything was very convenient and had all the amenities I needed in my room. Very spacious too! I would definitely stay here again :-)

Front desk staff (Kayla) was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with a nice variety.

The room has a stale odor - we freshened it up with room freshener spray. And the breakfast dining area was small and cramped.
