Las Flores Country & Beachside Hotel

to enjoy a stay, it must be suitable for you, so if you are used to staying at all inclusive in Mexico or Cuba, then this is probably not the place for you, or if you want night life, or white sand beaches, then again, try somewhere else. But, if you are looking for a great, quiet place that is affordable, clean, has great rooms and food, and especially if you are with your love, or on your honeymoon, then this place is almost perfect. it has two types of rooms, one garden and then the upgrade. If you can afford it, then get the upgrade, its just bigger and comfier, but both rooms are very good. The food is a bit expensive by Filipino standards, but very very good, it will probably run you about a thousand pesos a day each, but again, it is excellent food. The beach is not for swimming, but is nice for a hike, the pool is clean and well kept, the owner is great and very helpful, and the staff is superb. The view and size of the upgrade room is amazing, and we felt so at home there. The hotel is quite a distance from Cebu, so you might want to make sure you only have to go into the city once if you stay a week or so, and take the bus, its only like 150 pesos for two people (the yellow bus) you catch it just across the road from the hotel, and its comfy and air conditioned. I recommend taking some snacks if you stay a long time, as the choices are limited, and i am a junk food addict...lol. But if you want a quiet, comfortable place to stay with your mate, its perfect

Das Hotel hat nur 10 Zimmer und somit eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphaere. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, unseres lag im ersten Stock und hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit Meerblick. Einen Kuehlschrank gab es nicht im Zimmer, bei Bedarf koennen Dinge zur Kuehlung in der Kueche abgegeben werden. Wer Animation, Aktivitaeten und Strandleben sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Der Pool ist recht klein, aber wir hatten ihn immer fuer uns allein. Das Baden im Meer ist nicht einladend, der Strand ist steinig und der Boden in Ufernaehe voll Schlick. Die Besitzerin gab uns einige gute Tipps fuer Ausfluege in die Umgebung. Wir hatten ein eigenes Fahrzeug, aber auch ohne findet sich immer eine Transportmoeglichkeit. Empfehlenswert ist auch das deutsche Restaurant "Borussia', einige Kilometer Richtung Norden gelegen.

This hotel is all good for us. The comfertable facility, nice surport, any kind of orders could be make sure.

Ett familjärt litet hotell med hög standard på service och renlighet. Det märks att ägarna har jobbat på 5-stjärnig hotellkedja tidigare. Vi skulle lätt kunnat stannat där några dagar till bara för att ta det lungt och vila. De håller stranden ren, men vattnet kändes inte så inbjudande att hoppa ner i. Kan rekommenderas med det varmaste.

Staff was attentive and the owners Ian and Virginia couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. Enjoyed romantic mornings at breakfast and romantic evenings at dinner on the terrace facing the Comotes Sea. A cozy B&B that is well appointed and well designed.

Had a lovely week here, staff were very friendly as were the owners. Food was enjoyable, very nice breakfast. It's a very relaxing place to stay and get away from the crowds. The location is very isolated, an hour and a half from the city. No shops, restaurants or sights are nearby. It is by the sea but not a white beach location.

Arriving at Las Flores after a 5 hour flight from Singapore, we knew we made the right decision to come to this place. Las Flores is an excellent beach front country club house hotel that we have been. Spending 2 nights in a nice, cosy Indochina styled beach house with an excellent UK host couple, Ian & Virginia, made our anniversary an excellent experience. Though it is a small place, we could enjoy from local massage, swimming in the pool, fishing to kayaking to a quiet beach where we can have the whole beach for ourselves. The food and the staffs services are marvelous. They are friendly, helpful, attentive to our every single needs. If we planed better we could have a better effective and efficient trip so that we can enjoy it even more. We definitely want to come back here again for a short recharge trip one day.

The hotel is great, and we were treated like royalties. Ian, the owner have made the staff aware of service in a sense that is unusual in the rest of the Philipinnes. The Hotel have only 10 rooms, and that it why you always will feel welcome, and that you will feel special. I will recommed this hotel to everyone, both families and singles.

イギリス人夫婦が経営しているペンションのようなホテル。 アットホームであるが、会話が十分にできると満足度が高いかもしれない。 家具や食器は　イギリスの物が使用されている。 クリスマスのデコレートも可愛かった。 メンテナンスを一生懸命してあるが、古い。 のんびり遊べるが、食品類の持ち込みは嫌がられる。 食事のプロモーションが多かった。 大きなホテルにはない　良さはある。 しっかりプライバシーを守りたい方には不向き。

The couple that own Las Flores are extremely friendly as is their staff and always willing to assist. The grounds are very clean and very relaxing. I would highly recommend if staying in the Catmon area. Only complaint, don't care for the telephone type shower.
