Hotel Miranda

The hotel is old and the staff are cooperative. The location is within walking distance from Icheon Bus Terminal. The cleaning condition is acceptable but not in good standard. The limited free services, included few free TV programme, charged wifi ... I stayed in traditional room (No bed), the temperature control was not function, even though I asked to concierge to lower temperature. The room was too hot to sleep.

with the same amount of money, you can stay in a much better hotel in Seoul which is just 1 hour away. I picked this hotel just because it is closer to the skiing resort and not far away from Seoul. Next time I would just stay in Seoul and take the free shuttle bus to ski.

Room was clean, comfortable. Overall, hotel was adequate, but over-priced.

The staff gave us a smoking room though it has been stated in our hotel booking for a non-smoking room. The staff was also quite rude to us when we requested to change to non-smoking room, and didn't attend to our request for some air refresheners to be sprayed in the room. She also told us that she doesn't know where yangji pine resort is even though it is one of the main reasons guests stay in this hotel.

On site water spa was amazing-hot pools, cold pools, saunas etc. Hotel would have great appeal for families with its Thomas the Tank engine theme in the lobby.

The air conditioning of the hotel needs improvement. During my stay in September the weather was very hot and the air conditioning was not able to bring the room temperature down to a convenient level. This time it was very cold outside and the air conditioning heated up the room to a very high temperature so that I had to open the window to bring the temperature down. In summary the air conditioning seems not to work appropriately.

The hotel is a little bit old, but still with good maintainence. the service is good as other Korean hotels.
