Hotel Miranda

부대시설인 온천은 수질이 매우 좋아요. 그치만 시설이 낡아 보다 세심한 관리가 필요해 보입니다. 일하시는 분들 지쳐보이고 그리 적극적이지 않네요. 객실에는 묵은 냄새가 나요. 에어링을 하든 환기를 자주 하든 관리가 필요해 보이구요. 객실간 방음이 너무 부실해요. 옆방의 뜨거운 분위기가 여과없이 전달되서 민망했어요. 음식이 맛이 없어 대부분 배달해 먹습니다. 배달앱 필수! 전반적으로 온천빼고 보통이하, 온천만 좋음!!!

매우 오래된 호텔임. 오래됐으면 관리라도 잘해서 이용객이 불만이 없도록 해야하는데 여기는 그렇지 않음. 옮긴 방마다 샤워거치대는 다 고장나있고 이불엔 머리카락들이 붙어있음. 다신 이용안한다.

노후화된 시설로 불편합니다. 문도 여닫을때마다, 접촉이 잘 안되 알람이 울려 직원에게 보완 요청하였으나 그냥 사용하도록 요구

온돌방이였고 요가 얇아서 등 배기고 허리아픈 거 말고는 전반적으로 괜찮았음

호텔이라고 하기 민망할 정도의 수준임. 시설이 노후화 되어 난방도 잘 안되고 샤워기에서 온수도 나왔다 말았다 함. 샤워실 앞 천장엔 곰팡이 핀 흔적같이 거뭇거뭇한 자국이 있고 호텔 내부 전화기는 제대로 작동이 안됨. 스파플러스 건물과도 이어져 있지 않아서 건물밖으로 10미터 정도 이동해야 합니다. 외출전에 의자에 벗어뒀던 옷은 룸크리닝이후 캐리어에 던져저 있었음. 컴플레인시 빠르게 응대는 하지만 시설이 노후한건 어쩔수 없어 서로 답답하기만 한듯. 솔직히 온천을 하고 싶다면 근처 모텔에서 숙박하고 온천만 이용하길 추천하고 그마저도 바로 옆에있는 설봉온천과 비교해 특별히 큰 장점이 있어보이지도 않습니다.

오래 되었지만 이천에서는 그나마 출장으로 숙박 할 만한 곳.

Except for the bed linen that was correct, the room is spacious but clearly out of age and clearly need to be renovated, the shower curtain show trace of mildew and must not have been changed for years just like the shower tube. The fitness room is also at our age and dirty and there are no water nor towel available. The staff barely speak English. Not a good place to stay considering the price of the room.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel, but not by choice. Unfortunately it is the only hotel in this city that is not a "love hotel". I have stayed at much nicer places for less money. The rooms are well used, with the bathroom even worse. It seems they may be trying to renovate some of the rooms but does it have to happen at 10pm? This time the shower in my room only had hot water if it was turned to full hot, otherwise it was cold, and the water pressure was terrible; a trickle at best. And avoid their breakfast buffet unless you like your eggs and bacon raw and feel like paying 22000 won for the privilege. Very disappointed in my experience here. I didn't complain to the front desk about the bathroom issue because I didn't want to be "that foreigner", thinking that maybe these conditions are what pass for acceptable here. But when I got the bill for the breakfast for 22000 won where I only had toast, that was the straw that broke this camel's back.

온천은 좋았으나~~호텔 시설 너무 낙후되었고 뜻하지 않게 침대 밑을 보았지만 너무 더러웠습니다.

방 청소 상태 엉망. 체크인할때 조식시간, 장소 미고지 하는 등 친절도도 낮음. 방은 다 오래되고 관리 안함. 벽지가 울고 떨어지고, 먼지도 많음
