Anantara Mui Ne Resort

The resort is on a busy beach side, where there is a constant wind great for kite surfing and if you’re into that, then great, swimming is secondary. There was a caution sign alerting about jellyfish fish, but for the time there we see no issue. The amenities are fine though nothing to wow you. The resort was manicured and the room was spacious and clean The staff spoke English and were genuinely trying to be helpful On departure we were asked to pay for the provided insect repellent, and while the cost was not high, I found the ask to be out of line.

We stayed here for four nights at the end of a 3-week vacation in Vietnam. Just about everything met or exceeded our expectations. We particularly liked watching the kite surfing on what was a very windy last day.

Came back for the third time to Anantara Mui Ne Resort, expecting consistency in service. Booked a Deluxe room and specifically selected a king bed, knowing there was also a twin-bed option. Chưcked in around noon on April 29 and was assigned a room without any mention of an issue. Later at night, noticed something was off and asked, the receptionist admitted that the room provided was not actually a king bed, but two single beds pushed together and it was not what being booked. She also mentioned that they “sometimes do this,” which was surprising — not only because this was never communicated at check-in, but also because it directly contradicts the room preference I had booked. What is more disappointing is that the staff was aware of the mismatch but chose not to inform me proactively. This is not just a minor detail — it affects comfort and reflects a lack of transparency. For a resort of this standard, and as a returning guest, I find this level of seẻvice quite unacceptable. It makes me question whether guest preferences are genuinely respected, or simply treated as optional.

I had a wonderful stay at this Resort. The resort is absolutely stunning with beautiful ocean views and lush surroundings. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful.

An amazing stay!! I couldn’t recommend the place more - I stayed 4nights and had the most relaxing time. The resort is extremely clean and beautiful, the activities are great and the rooms are perfect! Additionally the staff is extremely kind - I will come back !

We had a wonderful time at the resort. We stayed in a two floor apartment with a private pool. The resort is nestled in beautiful gardens with tropical birds and is maintained caringly. It's super peaceful and relaxing but a short walk to the strip with lots of restaurants and things to do. The staff make the place and were without exception, friendly and provided great service. We traveled with a one & eight year old; the kids club ladies, Muoi and Loan, were superstars. They were brilliant and took them a lot so we could enjoy a long breakfast. They also babysat for us many times and the kids loved playing with them. Food is of a high standard, breakfast was excellent and had variety. Drinks reasonably priced. Service at the pool bar was super. Only small criticisms would be slightly slow service in the restaurant and the gym was a bit basic. However for the price, this resort is near perfect. Overall, highly recommend!

Check in was very smooth and we were given a welcome fruit juice. We were also offered a choice of soaps for our room, nice touch. Hotel room was on second floor which was very spacious but no balcony. We just presumed all rooms had balconies. We will definitely book a room with balcony next time. Only negative and it’s a very tiny negative of the room was it could have done with more drawers in bedroom. Bottles of drinking water were placed in the room daily. There was even mosquito spray provided in the room. Bathroom was very spacious. In the evening the turn down service left cakes for our enjoyment and a goodnight leaf. It’s the little touches that make this hotel standout from the rest. We also noted that reading glasses were placed next to the restaurant menu in case you forgot yours. Breakfast was never too busy and lots of choice. The pool attendants/lifeguards were extremely friendly, as soon as they saw you coming they instantly had towels ready to put on beds. The guys in the swim up bar were just as friendly and they came round several times with glasses of water, ice lollies and fruit kebabs. This was so welcoming. All the staff we encountered were always very happy, chatty and friendly. There’s plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. This hotel definitely provides a 5* service and we are looking forward to rebooking again for next year.
