Anantara Mui Ne Resort

The Anantara is one of the best ever hotels. We stayed for 6 nights and I have to say the team were absolutely fantastic the whole time we were there. Every little thing was thought of from mosquito spray in the room to reading glasses placed by the restaurant menus should you have forgotten your own. There was also daily bottles of water in the room and small leaves placed by the pillow with a good night message on to name just a couple of great touches. This hotel gets all the big things right but also gets lots of small things right as well. Most importantly absolutely everything is done with a smile. The team are a really asset and made our stay special. Anantara Mui Ne, thank you so much we had the best time ever.

Very luxury resort. Architecture perfectly integrated with nature. A very good restaurant and always smilling staff provide an extraordinary experience.

- Nội thất: ánh sáng trong phòng rất tối, tôi đi với con nên khá bất tiện để sinh hoạt cùng con hay chăm cho bé vì ánh sáng rất tối, giường lún nên nằm đau lưng, được cái ban công hướng vườn nhìn ra cây hoa giấy rất xinh. - Ngoại thất: Vì resort nhỏ nên không có nhiều không gian vui chơi như bãi cỏ rộng hay sân rộng cho các bé chạy nhảy vui chơi, cũng không có đường đạp xe đạp, nhìn chung tạm chấp nhận được nếu lưu trú 1-2 ngày đổi không khí. - Nhân viên: Nv ở đây thái độ rất ổn, dễ thương nhẹ nhàng nhưng nghiệp vụ customer service thì không chuyên nghiệp. Tôi ăn tối ở bbq ngoài biển nhưng khi xin bộ chén dĩa nhựa cho bé thì bạn nv bảo "em quên đem từ nhà hàng trong kia ra nên chị dùng đỡ", cùng trong 1 khu nhưng bạn cũng không gọi điện cho bạn khác trong đó cầm ra cho bé tuy việc rất nhỏ và dễ xử lý. Ngoài ra nv đứng quầy crepe/waffle/pancake ở khu buffet sáng quá tệ, 1 khách Tây yêu cầu crepe, nhưng bạn có vẻ ko hiểu crepe là gì nên vẫn làm pancake, tôi thấy vị khách Tây đứng quá lâu để đợi vẫn ko đúng ý nên có giải thích giúp với bạn nv để làm ra được bánh crepe khách yêu cầu.

Very accommodating staff with beautiful and well-kept amenities! Will definitely go back :)

We stayed here for 4 nights in March. The accommodation, pool and beach were fantastic as was breakfast which had changing local food each day which no other hotel in Vietnam offered during our 2 week stay. Only downside was the lack of atmosphere in the evening but the hotel was quite empty and the comparatively very expensive drinks. We went to the kite surfing club next door on the beach and a little restaurant 2 mins walk away and paid 15000 dong for a large beer while the hotel wanted 110000 for a small one. We would stay here again though as this was the only negative. Defiantly worth speaking to reception for restaurant recommendations, we were advised to go to Bi Bo fish restaurant and it was a fabulous meal.

My 7th trip here and I really enjoyed myself once again. Fantastic grounds create a very peaceful environment. The staff are great and go out of their way to support guests.

I spent two days trying to book two Ocean Suites through the hotel’s website and app. On multiple occasions during that time, the rooms showed as available, but every attempt failed at the third step of confirmation. As a Minor Hotels Discovery member, I contacted the reservation team for assistance. Instead of helping to resolve the issue or secure the booking, I was simply told the rooms were no longer available and was offered alternatives that did not match a single one of my original criteria (different room types and dates). There was no real effort to accommodate my request or acknowledge that their system had displayed availability for two days while failing to complete the booking. I expected much better support, especially from a loyalty programme member. The response felt dismissive, and the experience was frustrating and time‑wasting.

Fabulous resort, the rooms, service and food were all excellent. Breakfast includes a glass of mimosa or sparkling wine, but we were not informed of this until the last morning! This was the only niggle for our stay, we will return if we ever visit the area again and will be looking at other worldwide Anantara resorts also.
