Marco Polo Wuhan

We stayed in Marco Polo Wuhan for several nights, and it was a great experience. The room was extremely comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the service was top notch. The pool and gym facilities are quite good as well.

Nice and convenient

Excellent and First Class hotel conveniently located in Hankou district of Wuhan. Condition of hotel very well maintained and staff of hotel very friendly and helpful when in need. The indoor pool is also very good and the gym is 24 hours open. Right across the street is the River front which is good for jogging and evening walk along the esplanade. Certainly will go back to this hotel next time.

It's not cheap, but this hotel was worth the money. The gym was the nicest by far in any of the many hotels I've been in recently and I went there every day. The swimming pool was also very nice. The lights and music under the water were nice touches. The room service rates were reasonable even if the menu didn't quite match up with what actually arrived.

Wish we had more time to use the many amenities ... Staff was so curtious and helpful ... Great location. Great resturants close by ... And what an incredible value ... Will stay there again if I travel to Wuhan

Overall a great place to stay- quiet and helpful staff. We would recommend enjoying the lounge area. They have a great afternoon tea service- great price for a multiple tier tray of food and unlimited tea. Dinner at Café Marco is also a nice option- choose buffet or consider items off of the menu. Room service is available and perfect for breakfast. We had a view of the river from our room- perfect for enjoying the city lit up at night as well as lanterns being released by the water. You are within walking distance to the bund area and are a short trip to Wuhan Tian de- around a 30 minute walk- lots of restaurants- Western and Asian as well as a variety of stores- including a foreign grocery store. Outdoor setting is available outside many of the restaurants.

the hotel is located at river side blvd, with great river view. overall exoerience is good, however house keeping does not fold my cloth, the internet not working, they finally changed a room for me but wasted my precious time

From arrival to checkout, the Marco Polo was great.

We booked to stay in the Marco Polo at the start and end of our 14 day visit to China and it was the best thing we ever did. The hotel is simply first class. The staff speak impeccable English (some of the best in China and we had been to Beijing and Shanghai) and nothing is too much for them. They are also really very nice. Check in and check out was incredibly efficient. The room we had was at the end of a corridor, spacious, comfortable with a lovely and well stocked bathroom. Beds are large and comfy. We slept like logs. They also do a really good breakfast which we tried once. It's a bit of a trek to the metro but taxis are plentiful and well priced.
