"More than just a hotel."

A little more than just a hotel. A wonderful experience all round. Lovely staff, clean and tidy, creative furnishings. Complementary happy hour was unexpected. Lots of fun. We’ll be back.

"Great place to stay in Queenstown"

Highly recommend this boutique hotel. Great location, lovely rooms, not to mention the outdoor spa and happy hour. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Really loved our stay even although we had to leave for early flight home. Staff provided us with boxed breakfast. Could not fault it at all. Great place and value for money!

"Wonderful Queenstown Hotel"

The Dairy Hotel is a terrific property with the perfect location in Queenstown. The owner Bryan was exceptional in accommodating a change to our travel plans and even had a wonderful welcome package of treats when we arrived. The hot tub was very relaxing as well! We highly recommend The Dairy Hotel!

"Good Central Location"

This hotel is within good walking distance to the town centre, restaurants and shops. It was quiet with a nice lounge area.

"A perfect end to our honeymoon!"

Absolutely perfect in every way. Located so close to everything, including great brunches at Bespoke; and Jervois and Rāta and Bella Cucina for dinner. Room had beautiful high quality fittings. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Extra complimentary inclusions like mini bar, happy hour, Lolly station and light breakfast were so appreciated (they will even pack a breakfast box for you if you’re heading off early). Lovely comfortable bed, shower was lovely and hot and excellent pressure. The room had a great bath and the bath salts were a lovely touch. Really liked the toiletries from Antipodes too! There are only 4 car parks available ($25/day extra), so book early if you need one! You will need to be ok with stairs for accessing breakfast room and the first (top) floor rooms - I did not see a lift. Will definitely return to this delightful hotel.

"Luxurious unique stay in a central location with views."

Extremely conformable room with everything you could want. Compact and the decor is superb for a unique stay. Sitting area and breakfast areas are gorgeous and room had a beautiful view. Bed and sheets extremely luxurious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Happy hour is a treat!

Not necessarily a bad thing - being in a busy area means more night time pedestrian noise and the old building means the walls are not super thick and can hear other guests.
