What a gem, incredibly close to town but so quiet and the service was amazing, complimentary wine and nibbles each afternoon and a yummy breakfast every morning. Highly recommend

Good location near the gondola. Nice staff.

The bathroom was a bit dated. The temperature control was not very functional and I ended up sleeping with multiple clothing layers.

Great location, limited parking on site, friendly and helpful staff.

The carpets in the room were moderately stained and really could have used a cleaning. The breakfast was very limited and could be replenished regularly.

Absolutely incredible accommodation! The staff were exceptionally attentive and genuinely friendly—nothing was ever too much trouble. The location was perfect: central and convenient, yet peacefully tucked away from the party scene. The rooms were beautifully presented, warm, and wonderfully cosy. Happy hour at 5pm was a real highlight generous offerings with high-quality food to graze on and wine/beverages to quench our thirst after a long day of hiking/shopping/excursions. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a plentiful selection and outstanding quality. Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for value for money. I will definitely be returning—10/10, well done!

Brian and his team went out of their way to welcome and make the 19 in our group feel special. When we were late in returning from a scheduled afternoon trip, they extended the cocktail hour for us. When WE were given the room next to the new stones being installed in the side patio, we were moved to room 8 with a fabulous view and total quietness. The staff is pleasant and does whatever to make you feel special. BRAVO and thank you. I can see why your overall rating is number 1.

Such an amazing hotel. Loved the boutique aspect of it. the decor of the rooms were fun and funky. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. We arrived after hours and the hotel was great about communicating how to check in and get to our room. Additionally, we had just spent the last few days hiking and they allowed us to complimentary store our luggage and even had it waiting in the room for us! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing as well with a great selection of breads, toppings, meat/cheese, eggs (hard boiled), fruit and coffee. They also had complimentary wine, beer, sparkling water and confectionary in the lobby at all hours which was nice. Close to downtown and easily walkable. 10/10 would recommend!

The hotel is quirky but lovely all at the same time. The room has a lively view of the mountains and the gondola. The complimentary snacks drinks and “happy hour” makes this place stand out from the crowd. The management went over the top to help me down stairs with my case and bags at 6:30am which was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to book in.
