"Lovely staff, clean rooms"

Clean, easy walk or tram ride from the train station. Easy walk to city centre. Staff especially Olivier were lovely.

Older property, could do with a freshen up. Carpet had stains on it. Bed had an awful rubber backed mattress protector on it that was uncomfortable

Ofereix habitacions amb cuina equipada per cuinar, a 15-20 minuts a peu del centre. Instal·lacions molt confortables, llits còmodes. Satisfactori esmorzar. Personal sempre disposat a ajudar.

Room was large with separate kitchenette. Comfy bed, and quiet.

Toilet a bit close to toilet door, toilet seat loose, room was dark, shutters hand operated.

What can I say. They accommodated an earlier check-in with a free upgrade. Staff were so friendly helping with our free city travel pass, sng giving directions and recommendations . We even borrowed an iron and ironing board , and a plug adapter which we just returned at check-out. This hotel was excellent ,the staff were so friendly and it's very good value for money with a great breakfast selection. It's a stones throw from the lake in one direction , train station in the other and bars restaurants all around. Tram stop at the bottom of the road also. Should I return to Geneva I would definitely stay here again .
