The beds are really comfortable, the room space is just a little on the smaller side, but it’s very cozy nonetheless. The check in and check out were very quick.

The room could be a bit more spacious, but it isn’t something that will actually impact your comfort.

Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Clean. Staff nice.

Room was 'tired' - in need of updating - e.g. kitchenette cupboards didn't open properly, no hanging space for towels in bathroom. (Noticed though that some other rooms were more 'updated). Asked for room on high floor with view - was told that unavailable - most rooms on my floor seemed empty. Reception staff of varying quality - at times contradictory information from different staff. Did not taste breakfast, though breakfast room looked tired and enclosed - so went out for breakfast.
