We love this hotel. It's always clean, the beds are comfortable, the price is right AND the staff is absolutely wonderful!

Great free laundry, spacious units, clean

The lady at check in was terrible. All other staff fab. Keys didn’t work, no hairdryer and the bedding for fold out couch didn’t fit. She refused to come and check items in the room with me and I was literally running back and forward to reception. All other ladies on reception fab

Zeer ruime kamers. Lekkere bank, prima bed en goede douche. Goed voorziene keuken en een heerlijk rustige omgeving.

De televisie in de woonkamer had geen verbinding. Ik had hier geen behoefte aan. Ik weet zeker dat, als ik dit gemeld had, dat dit zo snel mogelijk opgelost zou zijn.

I understand that this hotel and many in the immediate area cater to long-term stays, mostly employees in the natural gas industry. The parking lot is filled with trucks from Halliburton and other gas companies. Perhaps because of this, there is no room service except 1 times a week. That's OK, we were only there a few nights. Regardless, the staff was friendly and helpful. What was uncomforable about this hotel were the accomodation. The bed had a huge dip in the center and we could not get comfortable. The air conditioning is loud...really loud. Both these things led to neither of us getting a good night's rest for 3 straight nights. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

Was never able to check in because front desk didn’t know their password so we had to find a 3rd hotel to spend the night. The front desk clerk was rude, disrespectful and refused to help

Room was fine.

Beds were not particularly comfortable, and despite using a filter to find hotels with free breakfast, the hotel didn't have a free breakfast.

My suite was spacious, clean and well accommodated. I will be staying here again next year.
