I like the free breakfast it was decent sometimes it was cold but I warmed it up in the microwave, location isn't bad. The rooms were very clean there was a small odor but it was a pet room I did have my pet. It was a quiet hotel and I did appreciate that.
Well the shower was horrible the shower head barely put out water and you literally had to splash water on you to clean yourself LOL then of course the mattresses are very strange and there's these metal poles on each side of them to keep the mattresses from sliding off and they're very cold and if you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom you hit them and they're freezing and I hit my elbow on them so I did not sleep very good both nights I stayed here unfortunately I probably won't do it again because it was a pretty bad night's sleep I did appreciate the breakfast but I got to be able to sleep.

The night before there had been a terrible storm that swept through the area, and the elevator was inoperable. I’m handicapped and can’t use the stairs. The front desk staff was able to get me, my family member and my dog a 1st floor room VERY quickly. I was SO thankful.
With dealing with the aftermath of a terrible storm, the staff did an EXCELLENT job. No complaints.

"I can’t never get a handicapped equipped walk-in shower which is very annoying when my husband is a person of interest t"

My only problem was that I found hair in the continental breakfast potatoes and the bread was rock hard although the issue was taken care of by the staff it was never a addressed apology given to me for the unacceptable issues… anyway I did enjoy the upgrades of the rooms of the hotel….

The night staff (Chris) extremely rude! I went to the front desk at one in the morning to get a blanket because I had to sleep on the couch. He was playing video games in the back. You could hear it in the front of the desk check-in area. He would not get me one, rather he brought me a fitted sheet. He said the blankets were upstairs and for me (quote) to take it or leave it! If I had been a man rather than a lady I probably would have jumped the desk and slapped him. If I do not get some sort of resolution of this treatment I will not return to this facility. There are plenty of other places to get accommodations.
