USFront desk clerk, Sarah was great. Once there I was informed that since we had a service animal we had to change from a king size bed to 2 queens or doubles. No biggie. Once we got settled, my wife noticed the bed sheets had just been pulled up, not changed. (She’s been in house keeping for 25 years; she knows.) we called for more sheets and we would changed them. Both beds were this way. I got ready to shower and the tub wasn’t clean and there were open container parts on the side. The mildew smell was very strong. We changed rooms, the next room was definitely cleaner, but still a strong smell not sure what it was. Location was great. Hotel was quiet. We didn’t get the breakfast so can’t comment on that.
