Got this room for my mother. I prepaid for the room. My son showed my reservation to the man at the counter and he said he didn’t see it on his end. My mother had to pull out her card and pay for it. So we paid twice for the room. I’ve been using booking.com for years and I won’t anymore.

Everything was OK. The person at the front desk was not as friendly as I would have liked, but that’s kind of expected nowadays! However, don’t stay at this hotel if you want breakfast in the morning unless you want to get up early because when we went down before nine, there was nothing left, and they weren’t willing to make anymore.
