Missed cleanings, which means no coffee refill or towels. Musty and damp( almost moldy smelling. Refrigerator leaked on floor everyday. We went to address our issues and not one person took care of us. If I could put pictures on I would. Mold in bathroom but the biggest issue is that my mother in law passed away the first night we stayed and no one would answer the phone for over an hour at the front desk. Then when they answered the staff didn’t put the call thru for another 15 minutes. VERY disappointed

We had a great time with family. Our trip was great. The hotel was great and very accommodating to our family.

It was neither good or bad, acceptable.

Our room was the nastiest place I have ever stayed. Floor had NEVER EVER been cleaned. Black, sticky and not fit for even my dogs to walk on. Dust, hair and spiders in the corners. Bed smelled of body odor and not fit for anyone to sleep on. We were blessed to escape without bed bugs and lice. I feel violated and to be fair to me and my husband, a refund would be in order. We are both senior citizens and were too tired to check out and find other accommodations that late in the evening.

We stopped and decided to stay there we were tired of driving and it was perfect

Mold in bathroom, wads of hair under the sink area and behind the door. Loose bathroom tiles rattle and click when walking on the floor. Super musty. Glad this was just a super quick stay. Will look elsewhere next time!

Good stop on our way florida to nj.

The check in attendant ate popcorn during the whole check in process. Several areas of the carpet were stained. Comfortable beds.

Location for why we were in the area. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was very good.

The bathroom could use a few updates but other than that no issues.

The location of this property is great, right off I95 and in the morning I 95 exit was right across the street. The staff was friendly even though they were going through a software update, which made things a little hectic. The room was very clear and it smelled really nice. Breakfast buffet was good, pork or turkey sausage, cheese omelette, biscuits and gravy. Plus you had your cereal, and choices of breads, pancakes and warm cinnamon buns. Fresh fruit,Variety of juices , COFFEE!!! OH….the beds, they were so comfortable. I think I covered everything on this hotel. This place will definitely be our place to layover from now on.
