Clean, friendly staff

I stayed here last year for my birthday weekend with my wife and it was amazing so much so that I booked this same exact hotel. I was greatly disappointed to see that the hotel just didn’t see well maintained in the last year I was there or maybe I just got lucky with a nice room my previous visit. The lobby is nice and the staff were somewhat friendly but seemed hesitant to provide me with simple requests like pillows and towels. Moving on to my room, my ac was so incredibly loud that I had to keep it on low while we were in the room which was very annoying with how hot It is, not only that the room was so humid that the sheets were wet and sticky to the touch. There were bugs and trash in the corners that could’ve easily been vacuumed up and the bathroom is poorly maintained. My toilet didn’t function without me pulling the top to manual stick my hand in and flush it and the tile felt like they were popping up, I asked for another room and they said none were available. Just an unpleasant stay overall I was disappointed.

Internet is slow & spotty. I have a WIN 11 laptop, android, iphone & ipad. All 4 devices got terrible performance.

The location

You can hear every door that opens and closes. You can also hear all the vehicles outside. Not that comfy 😕

Room was dusty. Pet hair in corners and in shower. Breakfast staff and front desk staff were great.
