We stayed at this Hotel for 2 days in September. Our friend made the reservation via another travel platform. After paying 600 plus euros per night, we were under the impression that we would have stayed at a 5 stars hotel (for TripAdvisor4 stars). But, to our surprise, the tiny room (upgraded!!!) that they gave us, had: - N​O safe, - N​O fridge, - N​O TV!!! Unbelievable??? The same applied to our friend's room. The bird cage closet for our clothes, was half full of advertising clothing for sale. The bath had N​O amenities at all - not even Q-tips, but it was stocked again with creams-soaps, snacks (ok!) etc, for sale!! They even sponsored a sex toy!!! (photos of all above available on request). And if you did not have your own slippers, Yes!, they were selling their own for 160 euros. Apparently, we rented a small boutique not a Hotel room. Even a 3 stars small Hotel offers you some basic amenities. I strongly wonder how the Italian authorities issue the stars. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and were trying to please us under these circumstances. Two hours after my strong complains, they called to tell me they "found" a safe! and asked if I wanted it. And three hours later they also "found" a fridge and asked me again if I wanted it. I declined to both. I used my suitcase as a safe and drunk warm water. And of course, NOT a word about NOT having a TV in the room. Crazy? Unbelievable??...Yes! Avoid it!!! It is a cheat!!!

The staff service was excellent and Leah was wonderful. The rooms have elegant decor and the view and amenities were lovely. Breakfast was incredible, dinner at the rooftop was a special experience, and all the cocktails and dishes were an extremely high calibre - the hotel is a true international contender in the heart of Capri.

The hotel doesn’t offer irons in rooms but they have a pay for use service. They tried to accomodate us in this regard which was appreciated.

The view from the rooftop restaurant and the breakfast restaurant was beyond compare! The food was wonderful! The complementary prosecco on the rooftop every night was a very nice touch! It was a very romantic place to stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The service and attentiveness from everyone was incredible. Loved the rooftop pool and our wonderful dinner at their rooftop restaurant. Views are spectacular!

Actually was a department store selling their goods zero amenities (slippers, shower cap,etc)no refrigerator no safety box no tv

This property was in just the perfect location, just outside of the city center where you can walk into the hustle and bustle or opposite to explore other hidden gems throughout the island. It also had amazing views from most venues working the hotel.

We really enjoy the location, the staff’s attentiveness and the cleanliness. The restaurant was also amazing, and the breakfast was as well!
