Il Capri Hotel

This hotel was great!! Amazing location in Capri and so clean. We loved it. It’s just recently renovated and is very beautiful. The only thing I would say is that the communal areas (restaurants, bars, lobby, pool) are a little disjointed. They are not all in the same place- for example for the pool you must go to the roof but then to get a drink you need to go down 2 flights of stairs and over a bridge. The lunch restaurant is an area across the street. Also- something to consider-we barely saw anyone else at the hotel the whole time we were there- so it didn’t feel like a place to gather with others like other hotels do. Some may even feel that this is a good thing! Considering the fact that it is new- this is an excellent hotel- just depends on what you are looking for. Bed was comfy, breakfast included, staff was amazing and so attentive, and we loved the location!!

Absolutely mediocre service. They claim it’s a 5 star hotel, however it felt as if it was a 3 star hotel. They make you at for every single little thing. They charge you 15 euro to bring up room service on top of the charge of the food or drink. 15 euro delivery fee for room service. Absoleutly unique and strange. No amenities what do ever, not even a body lotion or a mini size anything, but they have a mini bar in the bathroom full of products for sale and purchase. They forget to clean parts of the room properly and when you tell them to do it they speak extremely rudely to you like they are doing you a favor. The absoleutly mini closet that is half full for products for sale is ridicuslous. Not even a room slipper they provide, and especially when the floor hurts your foot if walked bear foot. They rave about the breakfast but it’s completely mediocre. Shockingly rude staff that lie completely about everything you try and argue. Worst experience of my life for a 600+ euro a night in Capri.

To say we loved this hotel would be an understatement. From the second we arrived we were blown away by the property as well as the staff. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and the views were unbeatable. The staff was incredible and took such amazing care of us. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and apertivo on the rooftop was perfect. We can’t recommend this hotel enough! We will be back.

Best location in the hill and near old town, taxi and buss station. Great breakfast. Good view.

It is a great boutique hotel in the perfect spot in Capri. You can reach by taxi, the funiculare and the bus station are 2 min walk and the piazzeta right there. Breakfast was great. They don’t have elevator, though. Our room had the a gorgeous view but by stairs. They help with the luggage. Highly recommended
