A simpatia da equipe da recepção que trabalha e o café da manhã.

O ar condicionado muito velho e não funcionava. O cheiro de cigarro no 17 andar, muito ruim. A torneira do banheiro que estava ruim e não fechava. A cama pequena. Vi um bicho traça subindo pela parede. A toalha de banho velha e rasgada, sabonete pequeno e não como mostra nas fotos de kit de banheiro. Sinceramente estava tudo bem velho e parece sem manutenção. Precisa de uma reforma. A cozinha nao tinha nada direito e tudo muito velho. Encontramos faca e uma colher na pia.

Localização

Na entrada a recepção simplesmente não deu nenhuma informação sobre a estadia, eu fiz o pagamento e não registraram, o que gerou um desconforto enorme na saída, pois mesmo eu mostrando o comprovante a recepcionista ficava falando *mas que estranho não registraram* claramente duvidando do meu pagamento. Café da manhã simples pelo valor pago.
