Gostei bastante do atendimento dos funcionários, que foram sempre muito educados, solícitos e prestativos durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã também estava muito gostoso e bem servido. Além disso, precisei fazer a reserva de última hora e achei o valor da diária justo pelo curto prazo da reserva.

Apesar dos pontos positivos, tive alguns problemas durante a hospedagem que acredito estarem mais relacionados à organização do hotel. A televisão do quarto não era smart, e para utilizar essa função era necessário pagar um upgrade de R$160,00, o que achei desproporcional. Considerando o valor da diária, acredito que uma smart TV e um ar-condicionado de boa qualidade sejam itens básicos. O ar do quarto, além de não gelar adequadamente, fazia bastante barulho e atrapalhou meu sono. Também precisei descer até a portaria para buscar uma coberta, e acredito que seria mais adequado já haver uma disponível no quarto ou que algum funcionário pudesse levar. Além disso, o quarto estava bastante empoeirado, aparentando falta de limpeza mais cuidadosa. Tive problemas mais de uma vez com o cartão de acesso ao quarto também.

Café da manhã completo e quarto bem grande. Quartos limpos.

O elevador estava apresentando defeitos. A placa do elevador à esquerda estava solta e muitos barulhos no elevador.
