Playa de Santiago Hotel

Desafortunadamente un hotel muy viejo , pero por eso no quiere decir que sus dueños no lo puedan ir mejorando .

Tried this hotel completely by luck having not been satisfied with other visits elsewhere. Would definitely come back to this one specially because of the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room.

El lugar nada que ver con las fotos, son instalaciones muy viejitas, no hay aire acondicionado en los cuartos, las puertas no sirven

Las habitaciones muy desgastadas y algunos insectos entre ellos cucarachas, no me siento seguro en la habitación.

La habitación está muy rustica y descuidada, la pintura y la pared. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que abajo no nos podían hospedar porque habían fumigado. Las toallas y las cobijas deplorables, muy sucias, parece que nunca las lavaban. Es el primer Hotel que llegó que no tiene refrigerador porque tenía un costo extra, para lo que costaba se me hizo absurdo que no tuviera algo tan básico como el refrigerador. Solo un día nos dejaron papel e hicieron la limpieza, los demás días nada. Lo peor que para salir a comprar solo está un Oxxo a 10 minutos caminando, no hay nada alrededor para poder comprar cosas básicas. Honestamente no regresó a ese hotel.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento, la habitación muy maltratada

No funciona bien el aire acondicionado, las sábanas están muy desgastadas, baño muy feo, cortina de baño muy chica, televisor muy viejo, en general falta de mantenimiento, les falta invertir para renovar el hotel

I reserved this hotel only looking at pictures and when I arrived it was a deception. The area looked pretty bad, the hotel is pretty beaten up and not clean. I reserved for two nights and I only stayed for one since I could not stay in a place like that. I will never go there again, and the price was not cheap either.

The staff was great and the grounds were beautiful. We ate at the restaurant and the breakfast was very good. The rooms need major updating, and they seemed clean but were so worn out it was hard to tell. The beds could be softer. The nice little beach area is perfect for smaller kids that dont want big waves. It was beautiful sitting on the balcony at night and early am watching the fisherman. If they remodeled the place it was be outstanding. The price was ok for just a place to sleep while you are out all day. No real hot water, lukewarm but typical for many beach hotels.
