"Won't be rushing back!"

Ideal location for access to Neath Town centre

Lift not working, front door to hotel was problematic. On checkout, just before leaving our room, 2 maids knocked the door then opened it. Could have been an embarrassing situation had we not been dressed!

"Lovely rooms and helpful staff"

We chose this hotel mainly due to convenience of distance.Had our doubts due to ratings but it proved us wrong. The Reception lady in specific, was very helpful and nice overall. We had some requests for our breakfast and she went above and beyond to fulfil our needs. Our room was space-full and clean as well as cosy and comfortable.

"Poor"

The bed was comfortable; that was it.

In the first room they put me in, the toilet seat was hanging off, there was no shampoo in the toilet area, and the room was very cold. And to top it off, breakfast stopped at 9 o'clock which normally is 10, so I did not have any food. The place looks cold, damp, and weary. I'll never stay there again

"Three AM visitor, lacklustre lighting, no customer service"

Dark, main light not working, toilet cistern broken and only filled with boiling hot water

Dark, dingy, poor facilities. A man entered our room at 3:30am with a working keycard. When raised with reception it was shrugged off as a coding error, and now refusing any compensation. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I cannot rate it lower. Avoid.

"Grand"

The location.

Lack of cleanliness, fridge in the room stink of old beer along with beer bottles. Heating in the room not working. No hand soap provided and very thin windows the nightclub across the road might as well have been in the room with us.
