l emplacement près de la plage

je n ai paa apprécie que l établissement me facture sans mon autorisation 15 EUROS pour un sac de linge , que je n ai pas utilise ou pris . lors de mon checkout il m ont demandé si j avais pris ce sac de linge . je leur ai répondu que non et que je n'avais rien pris dans la chambre , et 2 JOURS plus tard sans me prévenir , sans facture l hôtel m a facture 15 EUROS directement sur ma CB , sans me prévenir , sans m envoyer aucune facture j ai du appeler pour comprendre a quoi correspondrait cette somme . je suis reguliermeent a l hôtel et c est la première fois que je constate cela . je vous conseille de ne pas laisser l empreinte de votre CB car c est comme ça il procède .. très déçue
