A wellness rész

A tisztaság hagy némi kívánnivalót maga után. A bútorok kissé elavultak. Az egyik lakosztály a másiktól egy gipszkarton fallal van elválasztva, ami elég furcsa. Nem azért utazok el pihenni,hogy ugyan azt halljam, mint a panelban otthon. A tv nem működik. Egy adót sem lehet nézni rajta.

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem realen Ambiente! Es ist alles dreckig und alt und es herrscht eine extreme Spinnenplage in und um die Anlage herum. Die Handtücher riechen muffig , da sie wahrscheinlich feucht zusammen gelegt werden. Alte Socken lagen noch auf einem Sessel vermutlich von den vorigen Bewohnern. Auf der Toilette klebten außen noch Fäkalrückstände. In der Badewanne waren Teile der Armaturen abgebrochen.Es gab nicht mal einen Haartrockner!!!! Im großen und ganzen wirklich ekelig diese Unterkunft und alles sehr schlecht bis gar nicht gewartet! Der Wellness Bereich ist auch zum Vergessen da die meisten Dinge nicht funktionieren! NIE WIEDER Bitte einfach zusperren oder komplett sanieren und besseren Service sowie Hygiene anbieten!!!

Ami viszont pozitívum: a recepciós hölgy hozzáállása példaértékű volt, minden tőle telhetőt megtett, hogy segítsen, és a személyzet rendkívül kedves és figyelmes volt. Ezért külön köszönet jár nekik!

A szállás sajnos nem felelt meg az elvárásainknak. A szoba állapota messze elmaradt a képeken látottaktól: a fürdőszoba nagyon lepusztult volt, az ágy alja koszos, a kanapé szintén, a falon pedig pókhálók és bogarak voltak. Ezek mind komoly csalódást okoztak. Úgy gondolom, a vezetőségnek érdemes lenne sokkal nagyobb hangsúlyt fektetnie a szobák állapotára és tisztaságára, mert a személyzet kedvessége önmagában nem elég ahhoz, hogy a vendégek elégedetten távozzanak.

Там невозможно жить, мы были вынуждены уехать после первой же ночи. Деньги так до сих пор и не вернули.
