"Very basic hotel."

No towels provided. No glass provided. No internet. No remote control for the tv. Room was incredibly hot.

"Value for money"

Pros. Comfortable room with a shower over the bath. Good value for money. Cons. The reception is not manned or contactable if you need assistance. The main and one of the side lights did not work. There is no tea or coffee making facilities at all.

"We were supposed to be there five nights we left after three asked for refund got told no"

Nothing at all except the location

There was no Wi-Fi or breakfast available altogether both are advertised on booking.com there was no light bulbs in the lamps despite repeatedly asking for them a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee or cups no glass in the bathroom the room was never serviced and no clean towels available

"Cheap but not cheerful"

Nothing to like!

No access to internet. Bedding was appalling. Hotel was cold. Heating came on in the middle of the night. Ideal for it to be in from 5/6pm no access to staff. Hotel smelt of smoke. Towels had stains on them.
