That sounds like an incredible experience! Here’s a suggestion for your review: --- I recently stayed at Villa Marina in Capri, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was amazing and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious and beyond our expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon arrival. The food was exceptional, and when I requested Sri Lankan cuisine, the chef went above and beyond to create a delicious meal for us. The location was perfect, with stunning views and everything within a short distance. The team’s hospitality was truly top-notch. On our last day, we accidentally left our passports in the room. The team was kind enough to send them to us via hydrofoil, ensuring we didn’t face any inconvenience. I’d give Villa Marina a 5/5 for everything—excellent service, beautiful location, and heartfelt hospitality. This was a true example of exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend it.

Firstly the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, location was super convenient along with the free shuttle service, the pool and the surrounding gardens were also lovely!

The breakfast could be a little better.

We often travel and have stayed at several hotels in Capri, but Villa Marina really surprised us. The rooms are spacious, well cared for, with a sea view that alone is worth the stay. The atmosphere is relaxed and elegant, never too formal. The restaurant was fully booked, so we couldn’t try it, but we spent a lovely evening enjoying cocktails at the bar and some relaxation at the spa. Gianluca at the bar is friendly, attentive, and really knows his craft: excellent cocktails served with a stunning sunset view. The spa was a real experience. A calm, welcoming environment, and the massage with Matteo was one of the best we’ve ever had — he knows exactly where to put his hands! We thank them for the five-star attention we received throughout our stay. A place that stays in the heart. We will definitely come back. Thank you !!!

We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the setting of the hotel is very tranquil and quiet, the staff very very friendly and happy people, we will visit again in the future

Room is clean and with new towels twice a day.

Provide food to children first not last, even their drinks were forgotten at the pool side couple of times. Breakfest at8 is too early, staff is not ready though is supposed to start 7:30, so no sense going before 8:30.

The staff, gardens, rooms and location of this hotel are all outstanding. The staff is absolutely first rate and we appreciated the ease of communication. From picking us up at the marina, recommending restaurants, arranging taxis, shuttle service to Capri and lovely amenities in the room , this hotel works hard to make you feel valued and welcome. The gardens and grounds are absolutely stunning with beautiful views of the water. Roberta at the front desk gave us a very helpful review of the island, listened to our input and gave us excellent recommendations on how to spend our time in Capri and Anacapri. (Tip: get up early to avoid the day trip crowds!) Ziqu for dinner was exceptional - perhaps the best overall meal we had in our 10 days in Italy. Biagio the sommelier gave us excellent recommendations for local wines to complement every course. His passion for providing exceptional service was evident. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast buffet and ala carte items like omelets, which were not quite as good as the hotel restaurant lunch/dinner or breakfasts we’d enjoyed at our other hotels in Italy. If everything else at the hotel was an A+, we would rate the breakfast a B. The wait staff however, provided high quality service and were warm and genuine. Highly recommend this hotel!!!
