Our stay at this hotel in Capri was truly unforgettable! Everything was absolutely amazing starting with the top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with a free shuttle to the Capri Center that made getting around super easy. The views from the hotel were just stunning truly picture-perfect Capri scenes from every angle. The breakfast each morning was also incredible, with fresh and tasty options. We also loved the wellness facilities: a lovely sauna, a well-equipped gym, and a beautiful outdoor pool where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. From start to finish, everything felt like pure luxury. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience Capri in the most perfect way!

The service was unbelievable, and the views from every part of the hotel were breathtaking. The staff took great care of us and answered all of our questions. They also offer a free shuttle to the Capri Center, which was very convenient. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I would like to thank all the staff at this Villa it is truly a 5 star hotel !! The moment you arrive the staff greets you and treat's you so kindly and accommodates your every need !! The shuttle service they offer you from their Villa is excellent !! The rooms are beautiful and clean the grounds of the Villa is perfect ! The morning breakfast delicious !! Room service fantastic not to mention open 24hrs. I can’t emphasize enough the great customer service this hotel has just amazing !! By far our favorite stay visiting Capri. I would personally like to thank Bianca, Roberta and the General Manager of the Villa they are the best !! Gianluca was the best, we were so hapoy at the bar, you need to come !! He will explain the story of the drinks, you have to ask him Come tonthis amazing hotel And ask for Gianluca You can drink Lemonchelo all over!!!! I love this hotel, if you can join us

Beautiful grounds, everything was updated, the room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The amenities were wonderful. The hotel staff were so welcoming, kind and professional. A lovely group of people, from reception to food service to the grounds keepers and transportation. An extremely positive experience. The pool and lounge deck were both outstanding.

The food in the main restaurant was superb for all meals, but there could be greater considerations for dietary restrictions, particularly dairy-free. I worked around it a bit of improvement there (particularly in offering bread without butter or milk in the ingredients) would enhance the already beautiful experience.

Everything was wonderful, and we are already looking forward to the opportunity to visit her again in the future. We especially remember the driver Chamonda, who was exceptionally kind and friendly. All the staff, however, were very pleasant and attentive.

5* service; the team can’t do enough for you, especially Chaminda, such a lovely guy, who was happy to support with collection and drop off to the port/ town. What a beautiful setting, well maintained, calm and peaceful.

Heard from a couple of guest that they got things stolen and friends of theirs did too. We would stay again but not now due to being insecure.
