Accueil parfait, manque de modernité et petit déjeuner chère ! Mais sinon hôtel que je recommande !

Hôtel confortable bien placé. Chambre propre et rénovée. Parties communes à rénover. Restauration décevante. Très bon petit déjeuner. Code wifi inconnu. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Accueil très sympathique. Piscine chauffée, avec jets hydromassants. Grande chambre avec cafetière Nespresso. Mer toute proche et Saint malo intra muros à 25 min à pied en longeant la mer. Problème : le parking de l hôtel est trop petit !

Un très très bel hôtel assurément qui mérite ses 4 étoiles - L'accueil et le service sont réellement de très grande qualité et pris au sérieux. - Le personnel a la culture du client et du service. - Piscine suffisamment grande, propre et reposante. - Le jardin est charmant. - Les chambres sont très spacieuses offrant un calme rarement rencontré. - Idéalement placé à 2 minutes de l'océan offrant la possibilité d'une longue et belle ballade sur le front de mer jusqu'à la ville fortifiée de Saint-Malo. Quelques petits points à revoir - Changer les serviettes qui, pour certaines, approchent de leur fin de vie - Enrichir un petit peu le buffet du petit-déjeuner (voire agrandir le présentoir) avec plus de fruits et de quelques produits de la mer (pourquoi pas…) Il est perceptible que cet hôtel a été en phase de rénovation / rafraichissement et qu'il y a encore à faire mais Paris ne s'est pas fait en un jour. Et le meilleur atout de cet établissement est qu'il conserve son style de grande bâtisse ancienne, absolument pas polluée par un excès de modernité. Merci pour ce très joli séjour.

Hôtel un peu vieillot mais très propre. Chambre spacieuse. Personnel très bien.

Close to beach. 25 min walk to the centre of town. Free parking a bonus. Room small but adequate.

The first night was excellent. When we stayed the following week on a Sunday there was a noisy party all afternoon. With loud noise and cars coming and going until 1:30 pm keeping me awake.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was well decorated and comfortable. The swimming pool was amazing- warm and clean. Quiet, elegant but comfortable!

Staff were all helpful. Would have liked flannels in bathroom and better tea and coffee making facilities with milk in room.

Amazing find. Safe parking, beautiful rooms excellent customer service. To top it off we were to tired from driving to go into St Malo so we ate at their restaurant. What a delight relaxing in the lounge prior to eating. Fabulous extensive menu with outstanding delicious food on the plate all served with knowledge and a smile. The hotels location is near the Esplanade in a very quiet street. Beautiful old building with chic appeal in decor. Great indoor heated swimming pool available, we didn’t have time to use it. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back.
