It's disgusting

This place a nightmare. I arrived 10:00 pm The room wasn't ready. After about 30 min, I was told the room ready it was on the second floor. The stairs was so dirty with a odor. There was bags of trash at the top of the steps. The room lòok good by sight but when pull the blanket down the sheets was stained and dead roaches on pillow. Microwave dirty. Television broke. Shower broke. We slept on top of comforters. Next morning i had a roach crawling on my head. I talk to front desk they said to call owner. When i called someone pick up the phone then hung up. I had to get out. I was only refunded for one night. I stay was for two nights. I will never never stay there. Sheila garbett

Rooms was nasty bugs everywhere I checked out when I seen the room and the staff wouldn’t do anything don’t never stay here nasty nasty

It has improved since the last time I went in 2013, but this place needs a major renovation. It smells like 1950 in there and the carpet needs pulling and the walls need painting. But keep in mind, its the best one within a 10 mile radius.

Everything was good

Both rooms were completely DIRTY including the bedding and complimentary cups, no heat, broken shower in 1 room, mouse trap, broken chain locks. We checked out a day early no refund mgt/owner information denied by desk staff I was told to inform Expedia sinceI booked through them.

When I checked in and was given my key card it worked on the outside entrance but not to my room so everytime I needed to come out of my room I had to find hotel personnel to open my door. There was trash piled up by the indoor trashcans. There were towels hanging from the shower from someone who had previously stayed in the room. There was loud music playing until about 2 in the morning. There was no continental breakfast cause the machines didn't work. And there were roaches in the room. I feel like I should get refund.

Liked convenience.
