Nacazcol Hotel and Villas

Nice place for family vacations i just dont like the late check-in

To us the issue originally was lack of internet that after some insisting we changed rooms. We also thought that breakfast besides being very basic, we would have to pay to refill a second cup of coffee. It is about 4 km from coco beach and therefore away from shopping or restaurants. It is about 14 km away from diamond eco adventure park and matapalo beach. We were able to see the white faced monkeys on this beach. Beach is nice and not rocky

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. We had a very small room with no window to the outdoors, light from the hallway flooded the room all night, no coffee supplied with coffee maker initially and afterwards not replenished nor were the cups and coffee maker washed after first use, no room number displayed on outside of building we had to ask four or five staff members before finding it, no hand soap supplied, on check in we were supplied with a list of the room inventory including sheets, pillows, television, even remote control batteries with replacement costs in case we took anything, on check out inventory had to be taken again before we could leave. My list could go on... It was a very unpleasant stay.

Spent New Year's in this very clean Villa, doesn't have a living room with sofa bed. No elevators for top floor, only walk up. WiFi was ok. Overall, beds are comfortable, there is hot water and met our needs for the four nights. Rental car recommended to travel to beaches. Playa Brasilito and Conchal the best! 45min drive.

The Nacazcol complex is great with a variety of lodging options available. There is a small convenience store and restaurant in the complex. Nacazcol is a few miles outside of Playas del Coco, but there are routine buses that travel into and out of town that stop directly outside the hotel area. There are also buses from the hotel stop to the airport in Liberia, which makes it convenient for travel. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the noise; the walls are thin, so we could hear neighboring rooms and people outside late into the night.

Nice room, Quiet. The property is actually quite big, if you get a room far from the lobby/check in area it can be about a 5-10 minute walk to your room.

Muy buen lugar, fácil y accesible de llegar, sin embargo, cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta que uno de los dos A/C no estaba funcionando, por lo que tuvimos que llamar a los muchachos de mantenimiento. Excelente servicio y atención.
