Nacazcol Hotel and Villas

The hotel was a mix of condos hotel rooms for rent for sale some people lived there full time it was different

Rocky was mid range where you would expect from a three star to an 4 star

It was a great stay. Confortable rooms and place. Nice and clean.

The villas are spacious and comfortable. I reserved 2. The only problem was that there were a few cockroaches and spiders.

The entire place needs some updating. The villa was dirty and needed some basic maintenance attention.

It is more cheap that near hotels but it is not a good service and not clean hotel and villas. The water pools are not clean with bugs and leaves. We saw animals like bugs and worms dirty water. The service personal entered to the room without call really strange service.

Lovely hotel, good food at the restaurant and friendly helpful staff. Good location

The area is good. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shops. Playa de Coca has a great atmosphere, good grocery shopping. Close to the beach, about 5 Kim’s from hotel. Captain Morgan restaurant at the hotel has good food. The location is quite and staff friendly. Our room with two beds did not have room to open our suitcases. They need to redesign the layout or take out one of the beds. Still good value for what we booked. Safe hotel. Sheila

Location was as expected and 5 kilos from the Coco Beach. The staff struggles with english to the point that you miss out on most instructions for things like check in and out, nearby restaurants, but mostly all the things that the resort has to offer. For example, they have a nice property at Playa Panama that you have access to. This info was passed on to me by Eddie, our waiter at the restaurant next door! If you know very little spanish, as I do, then this is probably not for you. A resort for locals for sure.
