"Good location, poor front desk"

Nice location, poor front desk. They made a mistake and charged us 3 times our stay!! Room too small, no view, noisy heater but good location and breakfast (despite there were no gluten-free options).

Die Kaffeemaschine hat effektiv am letzten und einziges Frühstück Bestellung unserer Reise nicht funktioniert. Die Damen war sehr nett aber leider nicht sehr behilflich. Musste warmes Milch bestellen und diese jsm nicht warm… Der Eingang des Hoteles schmeckte sehr nach Kanalisation… Ansonstens super Platz im Zentrum Lyon!!

Très bon hôtel, très bien situé sur la presqu'île, proximité vieux Lyon et Parc de la tête d'or pas si loin à pied (environ 45minutes). Petit-déjeuner correct et service baguagerie très appréciable :)! Literie très confortable.

Toute petite chambre biscornue dotée d'une fenêtre vers une microscopique courette très sombre. Terribles odeurs d'égouts à l'accueil, dans la salle de petit déjeuner et dans les sanitaires de la chambre.
