"Service is above and beyond!"

We stayed recently at the Emmet to attend a wedding at another hotel 5km away. We had stayed at the Emmet before and had liked it. We were told be could check-in early (11:30). After checking in we were having trouble getting a taxi to take us to the wedding. The owner saw our predicament and told us not to worry. He got his car and drove us there personally. So nice of him!
