Don’t let the pictures fool you. This property is newly renovated. The beds were amazing. Beautiful quaint place. Everything in our condo was new. We enjoyed and loved our stay here. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The bars around were also good. Update your website and post new pictures. The property is beautiful.

SCAM ALERT! My family booked here 6 months in advance. We arrive and are told that our reservations were cancelled because they overbooked. I never received any communication this occurred. I also never received a refund - having been over 6 months means I cannot get my credit card company to dispute the charges for me, which is why they didn't notify me in the first place. We drove by the place and the parking lots were empty! I called extra holidays and they said they will refund so hopefully they make it right. I would stay away from this hotel if you read other reviews, this is a very common practice. Well, this is theft, fraud, and extremely immoral for a multi-million dollar company to use such shocking business practices to families on vacation.

I liked the property but I did not want the vacation sales pitch.

Great stay clean rooms walkable to Gruene

Just received a text message saying they canceled my reservation two days before we were supposed to arrive. We had reservations for the eclipse and were left with no where to stay. Very disappointed no explanation! This was a once in a lifetime event we will miss!
