Clean white towels, comfy bed, and free parking, and jolly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities, voucher for free drink, but for only one person so had to buy another.

Curtains hanging of rails, dirty carpet, hole in bath panel, and not cleaned properly.

La chica de recepción, que me resolvió muchas dudas con los billetes de bus etc.

Que al llegar tarde pk el vuelo se retraso, me hicieran pagar 20 libras mas. Que pangando un suplemento me dieron una habitación con dos camas y desastrosa cuando había pedido una cama doble y habitación superior. Pedí el cambió y la siguiente habitación estaba sucia hasta con una manzana podrida en la mesita de noche.
