Great location, two minutes walk from seafront or restaurants. Clean comfortable room.

The location is good for town and the beach The two members of staff I met were nice The room had tea & coffee facilities Private bathroom, towels & toilet roll provided Free parking on site enter details on arrival TV with remote Room was adequate, as a single person staying 3 nights. Body wash in shower Hotel frontage and entrance are nice, clean and easy to safely enter & exit. Felt safe when in room Lots of potential to be a fantastic hotel, but needs time and money to be better. It was a good last minute deal as I needed to leave home at short notice.

Located near migrant hotel, and demonstrations took place while staying The room needs updating, marks on curtains, paint finish, bathroom plugs old, toilet stained with scale(cream/brown), some small marks on bedding. Pillows could be better quality as could mattress The water when running the bath didn't get very hot, certainly didn't need to use the cold tap at all. I was in room 6 room was at front of hotel and the road was noisy so any sleep I did get was interrupted. The hotel seemed to have a lot of Asian/middle eastern males staying in it. The only other woman I saw was the receptionist when I booked in. I did feel a bit intimidated when leaving my room with a handful of males hanging around. No bar/ lounge was explained or discussed so I just stayed in my room. I'm not sure if they do breakfast, I didn't pay for any I only left my room to go to appointments and back again. I booked a bigger double, and I certainly didn't get the same as in photos. I didn't know about the £50 holding deposit upfront as I had paid in full online. Also didn't realise they would need to take a copy of my ID while booking in, lucky I had my driving licence on me.

Perfect nights stay. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower and bath were great. Great location 10 minutes walk to the beach. Perfect for what we needed.
