Good place for an overnight transit. Good complimentary breakfast and timely airport transfer.

I was meant to be picked up at the airport and that was the ONLY reason that I choose that hotel as I was spending only 6 hours in there, yet when I arrived despite having emailed all my details, flight number and all that; nobody was there. I tried to call but my phone wouldn’t connect, I emailed but nothing, in the end I had to ask a friend that was meeting me for dinner that night to call the hotel and let them know I was waiting, only then the pickup arrived half an hour late. When I checked in no apology and explanation was given despite the fact I aired my disappointment. This really let me down and to be honest my only reason why i wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anybody else. Ultimately, I like many people I am sure only use the pickup facility for that hotel (I didn't even has time for a shower!) because of its excellent location really near the airport.

If you are looking for a hotel that is close to the airport for a transfer, this is a good option - a budget hotel that is comfortable without the bells and whistles. All you need is someone to pick you and drop to the airport, a clean and comfortable bed, clean toilets and friendly staff. I was skeptical but the hotel offered me that. The breakfast too is reasonably okay. I went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Worth checking in if you are in transit and not a hotel to stay for vacation or pleasure

Airport pickup was excellent (1230 am). Staff helped with luggage and complied with late check out request. Very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Hotel was O.K but its a ripoff. They charge extras for visitors coming to pick you up if they come to your room for even 5 mins. They charged me Rs.580. just for that. That's daylight robbery. Breakfast service sucked, asked for hot tea, never got it eventually had a cup at the "larry". Bad, bad , bad experience.

I stay in Hotel Airport International, Vile Parle on 23/12/14 and 27/12/14 , Hotel was Hopeless and don't believe on Pickup and drop service, my stay is frustrate me a lot.

I checked into the hotel on 25th night after a late night flight with a severe back spasm and pain. The hotel staff made my stay very comfortable and I will surely recommend the hotel to others.

This was the nicest room I've stayed in in India. Wish I could have enjoyed it for longer than my brief overnight stay. Comfortable bed, all amenities, clean. High quality.

We stayed one night because we arrived in Mumbai late and had domestic connection an the morning. Pick up from the international terminal was excellent. Drop to domestic was also excellent. Our room was fairly big and was reasonably in good shape. Not a three star but up to our expectation. Unfortunately the AC was non operational and we had a miserable night. We asked for another room but the only vacant room was single bed and did not have room for another rollaway. We made do with fan which was also noisy. The breakfast was excellent. May be our case was isolated, but when you book make sure they promise working AC.
