Hotel Airport International

Good ! ambiance was quite good, location was strategic , Enjoyed staying

Our Group of 3 are extremely happy with this hotel, from the pick-up from Domestic Airport, to everything else during out 2 night stay. One of our party was injured and in a foot plaster, and the hotel and staff were very attentive to our needs. We had room service several times, and the food was delivered hot and tasted great too. Nothing seemed too much for any of the staff member. The room was clean, everything worked and there seemed lots of space for the luggage too. Although so close to the airport, I don't recall hearing plane noises and slept well. I would definitely stay here again, and not just because of it's close proximity to the airport. There are other bigger hotels in the area if you want to go out for a nice meal, or go shopping at Oberoi Mall, which is like 10-15 minutes rickshaw ride away, and also has a cinema there.

airport pickup was disappointing. i waited for 45 minutes. the hotel had problem with AC so they diverted me to another, one which was worse, and away. so I declined it and without worrying for refund as i was too tired at 1am,went to ORCHID hotel. I am hoping i will get a refund from tavelocity but who knows.

The stay was good, nothing memorable. The breakfast buffet was simple and did not have a wide array of dishes. The room was comfortably sized. Overall value for money.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast is terrible. I would only stay here for one night. Staff is not friendly at all and wifi only works in lobby even tho they sell you the card and say it works in your room.

I was in transit overnight between Mumbai Domestic and international, was looking for safe,convenient,comfortable and reasonable hotel and a friend recommended Hotel Airport International. It is approx 10 mins from both airports and the hotel provides a free shuttle service both ways. All staff effficient and friendly and rooms are comfortable and spotless. Good restaurant and room service and a complimentary breakfast buffet is supplied with hot food. i think it is great value and would recommend it highly for a transit stop - I would definately stay there again

I chose to stay in this hotel based on reviews in Expedia. Hotel is very close to airport. Staff is courteous and responsive. Room was clean and bed firm. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. Quick room service. Overall a pleasant experience. Cons: 1) I had requested early checkin but they did not budge and did charge me an entire days fee for checking in 4 hrs early. It was a bummer. They had a room available that was reserved for me but they did not budge. I agree its the norm it the hotel industry but that's how you differentiate a normal service from exceptional 2) Old and worn out coffee maker, fridge and bath tub. Paint coming out from here and there. Did not make much of a difference to us but it will matter to many other people.

On booking (though hotels.com) the confirmation stated that we would have a room with a bathtub and fridge (required for medical reasons). Neither was available and management was totally unsympathetic to our needs. Had we know we would have cancelled within period allowed

Hotels.com confirmed in writing room would contain fridge and bathtub (required for medical condition). Neither was present - hotel management was totally unsympathetic to our needs and claimed hotels.com was at totally at fault in not advising us of the recent downgrade of facilities (no downgrade of price!!) . Very shappy treatment - we would not stay here again - and we now distrust information provided by hotels.com
