Soda machine ate a dollar & front desk didn’t know how to respond

Breakfast was ready at 6 am. I tried the waffle, but when I tasted it, it tasted sour. The attendee offered to make a new batch, but I had to leave because I was on a strict schedule.

I was assigned to a room on the first floor near the exit door. My initial impression of the room was disappointing, as I noticed a large, noticeable streak of missing paint on the door. The room had to be thoroughly cleaned. You could see layers of dust in the corners of the bathroom. The whole facility was run down! I had to wait approximately ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in! Not pleasant at all!

Breakfast area was very crowded due to a soccer tournament. The major concern was the cleanliness of the area as tables and counters were not being tended to ( again it was crowded with many children)

The elevator was not working when we arrived due to over heating. Grout was loose and coming out of the bathroom floor. There was no hot water in the morning. I could not get through to the main desk nor housekeeping as the phone system was not working properly. The front guest told me that the shot and cold were reversed in this particular room but that doesn't help when you have unsuccessfully tried to contact the desk prior to get dressed and back on the road. On a positive note, I contacted the manager the next day and she responded to me promptly and courteously. My concerns were addressed in a professional manner and she assured me that my comments would be used for stsaff development and improvement.

Great location to stores, restaurants

Too much noise. When it’s a full house, 1 elevator is not enough

Area was clean and attendant was cordial. Selection was good.

A few additional fruit options would have been nice.

OVERALL THE FOOD WAS SUFFICENT, I WOULD OF LIKED POSSIBLY MORE OPTIONS OF FRUIT, AND GREEK YOGURT.

TABLES WERE DIRTY WHEN WE SAT DOWN, BUTTER WAS FROZEN WHEN WE TRIED TO BUTER TOAST, BAGELS, ETC. AND COFFE DISPENCERS WERE EMPTY

We found it very good.

Good location.

This hotel wasn't clean. The curtains were literally in shreds. The tub dripped. Many carpet stains. Dirty. Desperately needs to be remodeled.
