Where should I start.......... There was foul smell upon entry to the lobby and it lasted the entire stay. The elevator was working on and off, and I was located on the 4th floor. There was hardly anyone available to help me at the desk, even calling the main number from my phone, the phone just rang. You need more available staff! The phone in the room did not work, It Kept saying the call could not be completed. I called because a socket sparked on my hand when removing the iron cord, and I was afraid to continue to take it out, The socket was half hanging out of the wall. I finally had to redress and actually go downstairs to the desk to get assistance.

Staff for breakfast was excellent!

Keith at reception desk for sign in was dismissive and rude. Kept insisting I had no reservation, even after I showed him all my documentation. While I tried to contact Booking, he suddenly found another "portal" that confirmed my reservation. Booking Customer Service was just as bad as Keith. What ever happened to service we paid dearly for and

It was inexpensive but still nice and the staff was super friendly.

Felt like it could’ve been a little cleaner and door to the room was hard to shut - it wouldn’t catch and not automatically close.

The room was spacious with a separate sitting area. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was decent.

good but we were there on a Friday night and was hoping to leave early on Saturday after breakfast and the breakfast didn't start until seven instead of 6 but the food was good and just changed our time a little

the bed was too hard for me, but wife slept well
