Courtyard by Marriott Chino Hills

Very good location

The hotel was under serious construction and didnt mention this before hand

I always have. Great stay in this property. Staff are very nice and the check in is really fast. Thank you Chinohills hotel.

The dates for my reservation were wrong and they refused to let me change the dates. Also, no one answers the phone when you call.

I usually don’t write on reviews but I need it for this one . Front desk staff needs to be more friendly , smile a little more to their costumer . When I would ask for a question they would seem bother to answer you . Another then that even thought is under construction it was a good stayed .

Front desk personnel seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. First room I was given, the door latch was not working, door wouldn’t close. Second room, there was not even a mini bar of soap to wash your hands!! Definitely not what I was expecting

It was under renovation dust and construction everywhere only 1 floor available and nothing was else available

Hotel was under construction, dust everywhere. No facilities are available. No maid service. No clean towels.
