The beds were very uncomfortable

Room was clean and good.

The room safety lock was misaligned so it was very difficult to use. The facility was undergoing renovation with the entire first floor smelling of paint and some type paint thiner. This was not disclosed during the reservation process.

Overall a positive place to stay at. Local to everything and staff is very helpful. They have everything you need and then some. This is the second time I am staying there. they were renovating it but still a good experience.

even though they were renovating with large containers in parking lot there was still ample parking. my main concern with hotels are cleanliness which they were very clean. i was able to sleep peacefully.

I am staying at candlewood for a summer work opportunity and I can not recommend this place enough. The staff is amazing and caring! They also moved me to one of their newly renovated rooms as soon as they became available. The renovation is beautiful; it’s both spacious and luxurious! You will more than enjoy your stay here! Also as a young woman traveling here alone I feel very safe and comfortable both in the surrounding areas and in the hotel. You also can’t beat the price for the experience you receive!

The staff were very kind and friendly and made us feel welcome. The parking lot was well-lit and I felt safe. The room and the premises in general were clean and maintained. The room temp was cool and comfy as soon as we walked in the door. It was all nice and bright and clean. The bed was comfortable and it was area was quiet so we were able to relax and to sleep well.

Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked. No funky smells. I had a great stay!

Rooms were updated nicely except for the sofa bed and recliner. Both were old and very uncomfortable. The bed on the couch you could feel all the bars and was sinking in the middle. The recliner once reclining you had to get up in order to get it to go back to normal
