Reservation Desk - We booked this through the reservation desk because it was a park sleep fly deal. I booked it and was told that I could only pay for the stay part and that I would have to pay for the park part when I arrived at the hotel. The reservation desk quoted me the cost. We arrived at the hotel and they did not have a reservation for the parking, the previously quoted price was not honoured and the lot was full. After complaining we still had to pay the higher price and they found us a spot to park. Hotel Room 212 - We were first given room 212. There was a big stain on the rug, the door lock was broken, hot room, air conditioner broken, no window to open. Hotel Room 229 - We were switched to this room and it was better but the lamp between the beds didn’t work (no electrical outlet), very few places to charge your phone, and we let the water run for quite a long time and couldn’t get hot water.
