Staff were very attentive and friendly. Facilities were really good, food was delicious.

On our last morning we were woken by a loud speaker from a race that was taking place outside the hotel. If we had been told about this beforehand we would have been fine with it but the unexpected wake up call was not appreciated. Also the toilet in our room needs the flush looked at, it would take a few goes to get it to flush each time.

We loved the friendly and attentive staff. The location is very convenient to anywhere in West Cork. Rosscarbery is a lovely place with lovely people.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed drinks and food in the bar and restaurant area, and the breakfast selection was good. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area of West Cork, it has plenty of parking, and it's a short walk to the centre of Rosscarbery with lovely pubs and restaurants.

The key cards for our room kept malfunctioning which meant repeated trips to reception. But they did their best to help us each time.
