Helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, gorgeous location

Night 1 we were above the function room. It’s just impossible to sleep there until the music stops. Which was 2am 🙃 we were moved for night 2 with no problems and refunded some money unexpectedly so I have no complaints about how the situation was handled. Maybe if it was mentioned to people about the function room when they check in, or when they book and if they are already out and about until that time, it wouldn’t matter, but If they are staying to relax they could put elsewhere? Just an idea!
