Location is perfect. Some of the rooms very nice. Dining staff were very courteous. Food on buffet was hot and tasted good. What ruined out stay was the evening swim up pool bartender. We had only one drink-we waited 15 minutes while the bar tender filled up big mugs of alcohol for a large group. When we asked for a refil he said he spoke no English and the bar was closed. We only got one drink at the pool even though we waited 15 minutes to get a refill. We are always courteous but there seemed to be many loud intoxicated people at this resort. There are msny resorts here in a similar price tange whose service is better.

All encompassing review. I’ve been here 24 hrs and already I know. First off if you’re coming here to solely relax then you might have the right place. It’s out of the way and seems there more older people and local people Coming to vacation here. If you’re looking for a variety of things to do while here stay further north as that’s where everyone is. Seems all the night life and fun activities are in that direction. Food- a few options but it all about the same and normal buffet style so it’s not really made to order. Gym— needs work. Elliptical have zero power not a lot of weight selection and just ehhhhh. Beach- nice but you can’t swim in the water. So if you’re looking to swim in the ocean it’s a no go! Rooms - hot even with AC hard bed and awful pillows. Showers have zero water pressure it just seems to fall out of the shower head. Double ocean room so there’s plenty of room space. These are just what I’ve noticed on my first 24 hours and I have 5 more days here so in terms of what I was looking I’m kind of disappointed in my booking
