"Such a pleasurable experience"

The staff here is Amazing. Zoey at the front desk was so sweet and ensured my stay was comfortable for the night! And Craig (the bartender) brought back so many memories of growing up in Indiana. He was so fun to talk with while I was unwinding after a busy trip!.

Had a really nice experience at this property. Room was clean and well kept, staff was friendly. What really set this property apart was the bar and food. I do not normally expect much from an HGI as far as bar or food selection and this had both. Special shout out to Craig Houk. The guy was outstanding with service and had great conversation and stories to share, Made my trip outstaning. Thanks Craig

Great location as we arrived very late and we're in our room ASAP. Enjoyed breakfast.

Could have hired more help for breakfast. One person was running constantly trying to refill coffee and getting out the plates of food.

The staff is very well-organized, and very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Pam in the hotel restaurant was amazing! The food was great, and they were always very happy to accommodate us when we needed anything at all. Can’t recommend them enough!

Didn’t like you close the pool an hot tub to early. When you get back to the motel everything is closed at 10 can’t enjoy your self in the pool an hot tub.

"Front desk- excellent customer service. Shuttle driver (not Richard; he was a gem) was dreadful."

The property itself was clean, well run, efficient and the front desk registrar Kristie was wonderful. The morning shuttle driver was late, rude, surly, and dismissive. As I exited the bus, the driver shut the door while I was in the doorway, hitting me with the door. Definitely not the quality I typically experience at Hilton.

"Noisy air"

Great hotel, but don't stay in room 525. Air-conditioner is really loud.....didn't bring my earplugs this trip. Food is good, get the street tacos!!! the staff very accommodating. I would recommend this place just not the loud room. Nothing worse than unable to sleep because of the noise
