The location and the comfort of the room.

Breakfast. It was the worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The food was completely overcooked or heated up from the previous day. The sausage patties were round flat hard black discs. The coffee was so weak that it was essentially mildly flavored hot water with a hint of a plastic taste. Then I saw more coffee coming out of the kitchen. It was brewed, then put in a plastic gallon drink pitcher and poured in the carafe in the lobby hallway, hence, the plastic taste. Multiple dogs in the room next to me barking and crying most of the time.

"I felt I overpaid for what I got. the night staff was great, morning, not so much."

it was fine for me but my child found it lacking in choices for her.

The bathroom had what looked like mold and spots on the tub. We did not shower in it. When I showed it to the staff, they dismissed it and said it was just rust.
