We only had an issue with security he was rude and unprofessional

The A/C did not work the two nights we were there.. also, the hot water wasn’t working either, I called the hotel many times and they just ignored..

At first I thought the new rules were a little too much. For the pool towels, for the gym, etc. but by the second day I got used to and everything was just great. House keeping is the best I had experienced! Loved the details and kindness

The place is dirty, very old and run down. The A/C in the room did NOT work. Colima is a hot humid tropical state so you can imagine that it was a horrible night. They have extremely old furniture, very uncomfortable pillows and mattresses. Extremely noisy. Just a very old creepy feeling hotel due to lack of maintenance and remodeling. They charge expensive for a very poor quality hotel.
